This case is about the relaunch of the Roshen milk chocolate. In this case we will show how we helped the leader of the category to become the undisputed leader of the category.
It all started in pre-quarantine times. When passers-by smiled at you in the streets, hope flowed in the rivers, and the mask was a movie with Jim Carrey. Nothing foretold troubles for the chocolate market, but something wonderful happened here.
Sweet as a baby's smile, beautiful as a morning star, and carefree as a just twisted poodle made of balloons.
Roshen rebranded its line of milk chocolate, and the Lacmi brand was born.
A chocolate bar with an updated recipe was placed on the victorious yellow label.
So much milk was poured into it that it suddenly became the most delicious milk chocolate in the world.
It is even tastier than the tips of a driving instructor's mustache. And of course it's clear without words that it is the most delicious milk chocolate on the shelves. Sorry, competitors.
So we didn't think for long to figure out what to do.
We just had no choice but to ask people to try this new chocolate.
We were very lucky that at that moment, somewhere in the universe, a bag of paillettes burst and small mouths appeared on the chocolate and asked themselves to try them.
